My name is Dawn, and I’ve been teaching yoga in Suffolk for over 16 years.
As a Jivamukti teacher, I’m deeply rooted in a practice that weaves together physical movement, meditation, and ancient philosophy to bring balance and insight into modern life.
I’m also living with Stargardt’s disease, a condition that affects central vision. Earlier in 2024 I had to hand in my driving licence and I’m now registered as visually impaired and use a white cane when I go out walking on my own
Over the years, I’ve come to realise that while my eyesight has shifted, my inner vision has deepened. Yoga has been my anchor, helping me not just adapt but thrive. This journey has inspired me to create this space, where I can share the transformative power of yoga philosophy and practice with you.
